One goal down...

A while back I wrote about my "List." On the list are some things I would like to do in my life. This past weekend I had the opportunity to mark #11 off of my list!!! I (along with Kristen, Jocelyn, and Jena) ran in a 5K! I ran the whole time and finished in a little over 31 minutes :) I could not have met this goal without these awesome girls and their constant encouragement! I now have a new goal - 10K this fall!

Brown paper packages tied up with strings

Doorbells and sleigh bells and schnitzel with noodles

Wild geese that fly with the moon on their wings

Girls in white dresses with blue satin sashes

Snowflakes that stay on my nose and eyelashes

Silver white winters that melt into springs

These are a few of my favorite things

When the dog bites

When the bee stings

When I'm feeling sad

I simply remember my favorite things

And then I don't feel so bad
